The location is really nice, very well positioned, large rooms, and it was at ground floor. There are a number or shops nearby in case you need anything. Quiet neighborhood.

The bath had mold at the windows corners. The bath windows was opening to the balcony and there was a stale smell which entered the clothes. The bath has some weird wormy things in the shower which we watered numerous time and used some cleaning products bought by us to try removing them....whomever is doing the cleanup for the property manager is not telling him this. Lack of utensils, no garbage bags to reuse. The floor was still dirty that we had to make the kids use shoes to walk around.

Nice, spacious, bright apartment with large enclosed terrace. Nice, quite neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and the port with the famous casino.

The floor in front of the bathroom gets slippery when wet. Be careful.
