The location is relatively close to Gleneagles Hospital KK, but it is situated on the opposite side of the road, so you need to use a pedestrian bridge to cross. This can be inconvenient, especially if you are carrying luggage or traveling with elderly companions.
The key collection process is also not very convenient, as guests are required to walk quite a distance to access the keybox. Additionally, guests are required to provide a copy of their ID for verification. This raises concerns about personal data privacy, as there was no clear explanation on how the ID copies are stored, handled, or disposed of, especially when involving third parties. Guests are also required to pay a RM200 deposit, which will only be refunded after 3 days. This policy is not very guest-friendly.
