Emplacement proche du métro, beaucoup de commerces à proximité, logement moderne et spacieux, bien chauffé en hiver, bonne literie, café et thé à disposition

Un peu plus de couverts à la cuisine (fourchettes, couteaux et petites cuillères) serraient apprécies, ainsi que un torchon; une petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo
