First of all, the check-in process was smooth as can be. We got helpful messages via Booking, then via WhatsApp. Getting in and out was very easy. We also had a wonderful experience with Andra, the manager, who found a way to get us an extra day in the parking lot (it has limited space, by the way!, make sure to reserve it explicitly) and also helped us recover one of my wife's favorite dresses, which she had left in the room by mistake. The room itself is very comfortable. We slept so well! The location is incredible, being only a couple of minutes away from the main square. We loved Sibiu, and Althof played an important part.
