Quiet neighbourhood, straightforward check in/out, good communication, decent Internet. Washing machine, a plus!

We didn't have a good stay, unfortunately. We were there for one night and afterwards I let the host know about the problems - inter alia, the bathroom needed a deep clean to get rid of mould, and plumbing repaired, plus a few other minor issues that would have taken less than one hour work. They replied that they knew about the condition of the apartment and that, after our stay, they addressed all the issues. I do hope that's true, but I'm still baffled that, knowing the state of the apartment, they still offered it on Booking and went ahead with our reservation. I hope others will have a better experience than us.
