Bad Administration. I had a problem booking, then tried to confirm my booking telephonically, but nobody attended to me. Upon arrival at the property, they denied my booking, until I showed my confirmed booking on Booking.com, then only the truth came out.

Area, big rooms

The breakfast was shocking no eggs nothing cooked, just cold meats and toast, and cereals. Not to what is expected from a luxurious boutique hotel.

Tranqual garden setting and comfortable bed and bedding

Unfurnished spaces, bare minimum coffee and water, not replaced after the first night of stay. No hand towel at bathroom sink. While breakfast were not available for guests, a bridal group had breakfast at 7 in the morning and woke us up as the noise were clearly heard in our upstairs room. Lack of furniture might be the problem. Our personal belinging that was neatly packed plus out toiletry bags were all moved and packed into the closet, sochad to be rearrange again, have never encouneterd this anywhere in the world. Very expensive.
