Erieta sea view apartment50m from the beach

Very convenient accommodation, nice balcony, cosy decoration and awsome view at the sea and marina. We stayed at a very hot week, so we can say that the air-condition works well. The room was clean, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming! We loved that it was easy to reach old town and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This was a typical Cretan flat which we enjoyed staying in. Not 5 star luxury but perfect for our needs. Great location by the town beach, so it took two minutes to get to the sea, and just outside the old town, so handy for sightseeing. There was a small fruit and veg shop nearby and a supermarket just up the road.

The view from the balcony wasn't fantastic but it was a nice big balcony.

Katerina the host was exceptionally helpful and very friendly and a wonderful host, we felt like old friends by the time we left. The apartment is very well equipped and the terrace is fabulous, very spacious with a great view to the harbour and the sea. The walk to the beach is 5 mins or less and if you come out of the apartment and turn right and head right to the top of the road there is a large Synka supermarket for everything you could possibly need. There are great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and the old town is a 15 minute walk or a very cheap taxi ride away where you will find wonderful shops and restaurants. Rethymnon beach was much better than I expected and we used two different areas in the middle opposite the Theo Hotel, sunbeds at both were free of charge if buying items from their cafes which we did and had lovely frappes and club sandwiches delivered to our sunbeds for very reasonable prices.

Could be tricky getting a parking space by the apartment but patience pays off or there is a public car park across the road on the harbour.
