This hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the town. George was an amazing host always available to help with any requests and even made great recommendations for dinner/drink spots. He was super friendly and attentive which made me feel really safe and comfortable especially as a solo traveller

This property is perfectly positioned in the very centre of the Old Town. Just what we wanted from our first visit to Rethymno. The apartment is light, modern, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed as our base. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 + 2 teenagers) and stayed in the Penthouse suite which was absolutely perfect for our needs.

One of the best locations, but nothing compares to the standard of service delivered by Pal Calma Suites. A very accommodating host, cleanliness impeccable and comfort like no other. I cannot recommend this place enough, fair priced, beautiful atmosphere and once again a very accomodating host, the best so far!!!

Our stay at Pal Calma Suites could not have been any better! The room was extremely comfortable, and fitted out with everything you could possibly need. It's in the best location, right in the heart of old town, yet is always quiet and peaceful. The host, George makes this stay above and beyond anything you could expect! He is incredibly kind, generous and helpful and we are glad to now call him a friend. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

Great location, everything is located very close and convenient. Our room was small but it was enough for 2 of us. Comfortable beds.

Noise isolation could be better.
