Nice location, everything is as the photos

The apartment soundproofing is bad (you can hear your neightbour talking as he is in the same house).

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's clean and studied in detail. The bathroom is spacious with a big shower and a window. I appreciated the position, because it's central for wherever you want to go and it's well connected by metro and bus stations. The owner is very kind and always and timely answered me.

Just one bad note in my opinion: the security. One lock on the gate and two single-throw wooden doors.. Too easy to open by strangers I think. Anyway, the neighborhood seems quiet so it's probably my thought. And nothing bad happened, so..
