The location

Bed mattress is very bad , couch is as well bad you cannot sleep on it or the other 2 chairs .

Great location

-Close to clubs and restaurants so it was extremely noisy the entire night - AC not functional so it was very hot, impossible to sleep. Had to leave the windows open in order to get some sort of breeze but that meant listening to the party noise outside and getting destroyed by mosquitos - the “beds:” there is only one actual bed. Another is a very hard sofa that has metal rods and sleeping on it is worse than prison. The other 2 are cots in the floor with not even a mattress but rather a sponge. Terrible terrible accommodations for sleeping. The two cots didn’t even have pillows. - the bathroom sink pipes were broken and flooded the downstairs neighbor who came to complain. We couldn’t use the bathroom anymore- this is me with 4 kids! I messaged the property but no answer!

Position and price are the most valuable aspects of the place

It's not ready to host 5 or more people for more than one night even if the system allows you to book for more. We, as young and cheap travelers, managed to sleep and have a nice stay, but it can be unconfortable for more than one night.

Location was very good ..this is the strongest asset of this property. And for such an old building the overall facilities cleanness and elevator usability are in good condition

reinvesting in an airbnb property every 5-6 years from your revenues should be a must. Here are some key points and suggestions: Maintenance & Upgrades Needed: • Bedroom bed is outdated and squeaky; at least a new mattress or a full replacement is needed. • Living room sofa bed is uncomfortable and too small for an average adult. • Bedroom and bathroom door handles need repair for privacy. • Hairdryer looks deformed and may be unsafe. • Kitchen lacks some essentials like a kitchen towel; some dinnerware is worn with cracks and incomplete sets. Additional glasses, mugs, casserole lid, and salad bowl would help. Salt was left by a previous guest, but pepper coulf be added for no cost. Appliances & Amenities: • Washing machine seems that is mainly used by staff for linens; guests on longer stays would benefit from a drying rack, currently missing. • TV charger (power supply) is missing, making the TV unusable—an inconvenience for families with young children. • Air conditioning (9000 BTU) seems that struggles to heat the living room; relocating it to the bedroom and upgrading the living room unit to 12000 BTU would improve comfort, (in cooling mode too I think). Bathroom & Miscellaneous: • Broken towel hanger needs replacement. • Shower mixer diverter can easily stuck and requires repair. • Living room lighting is dim; brighter bulbs or extra fixtures would help. Additional Suggestions: • Maybe some recycling instructions would be helpful, as it’s unclear where to dispose of recyclables nearby. • A basic filter or Nespresso-style coffee machine would be a welcome amenity for coffee lovers at almost no cost. • Better instructions for locating the key box are needed—many are outside the building, and the identifying letter is worn off.
