HI Youth and Business Apartments

There was some confusion about the price — the amount in the Booking.com confirmation was different from what the receptionist asked for. Also, taxes were not included in the booking price, so double-check this in advance. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated. One window opened onto a noisy, dusty street with a gate that banged constantly. The second window couldn’t be opened due to large electronic equipment blocking it, which also generated extra heat. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the shower drain was clogged, and the sink was uneven. In general, the room didn’t feel clean or comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a pleasant stay.

honestly I've never felt so unsafe and not welcomed at any place I've stayed during my travels than this place. the quality was poor, but okay, I'd probably be ok with the service provided, but when my friend visited me there, I got confronted by the host that he cannot stay there not even for few minutes/hours - not even planning to stay overnight. I was also told that I cannot use more beds than one in apartment (there was one and couch...). later when wanting a refund, I got screamed at which only topped off the experience. never ever again.

Very central, right next to Čuburski Park. Slobodan is such a nice man, he even offered me first class espresso gratis :) environment is very cool.

The apartments are being built, so some things are not at 100%, but the flat is definitely worth it. I would stay again.

NOTHING IS GOOD, THERE IS NO WINDOW TO OPEN, WIFI IS NOT FUNCTIONING, EVERYTHING TOOOO OLD

HOST IS VERY RUDE, HE THINK THAT HE IS GM OF 6* HOTEL BUT APARTMENT IS TOTALLY RUBBISH, EVERYTHING IS 50 YEARS OLD AS IS HORROR MOVIE!!
