Location and the area

House keeping is not cooperating at all. AC wasn't working and no one made any action. Room wasn't for 3 person. Mattresses is too old and not comfortable at all.

Exceptional Location: The hotel’s proximity to the Haram was a major advantage and made travel very easy. Outstanding Staff: The room service team and general workers were proactive and exceptionally helpful. Consistent Upkeep: The rooms were cleaned every single day, showing a high level of dedication from the housekeeping team. Dining: The food provided during our stay was good.

Room Layout: The room was quite small and felt somewhat claustrophobic, with window that offered no real benefit or view. Dated Flooring: The carpet was very old and appeared dusty and shabby even immediately after being cleaned.

ازدحام شديد علي المصاعد ننتظر فترات طويله للصعود برغم حجزي منذ فتره اعطوني غرفه في الدور الاخير اليوم الاخير برغم ان موعد المغادره متأخرا الا ان العامل طرق الباب الساعه السابعه صباحا مما ادي الي عدم اكتمال نومي مما اثر علي اثناء قياده سيارتي خاصه ان من منطقه بعيده عن المدينه

"This is not a 3 star hotel. It’s a 1 star hotel and need to be improved"

Distance to the mosque

The room was very basic, carpets were dirty. The key to the room was not working and we often had to go to reception to request new key and at times that new key was not working. There were flys in the room.
