مافي اصنصير فيه موقف سيارات ولكن مافي تنظيم والازعاااااااج ياويلي راسي انتفخ مدري هي حفريات ولا ترميم مدري بس مزعج جدا وبعدها نزل مطر بس انا اعرف صوت المطر واللي ازعجني ماكان صوت مطر

ماشاء الله ممتازة من كل النواحي بداية بالموقع والنظافة وطاقم العمل وتوفر كل شئ بالشقة

تمنيت لو كان فيها حمامين

مكان الاقامة ممتاز جدا ، وموقعه متوسط كامل الخدمات بجانبه مسجد محطة وقود مغسلة سيارات مغسلة ملابس مطاعم متنوعه بقاله . وهنا احب ان اشكر موظفتهم السيده ( الشريف ) علي حسن استقبالها وسرعة تسجيل الدخول وكذلك الخروج . طلبنا منها تغيير الشقه وكان لها دور سريع في تلبية طلبنا . نغبط هذه النزل علي هذه الموظفه . لنا عودة ان شاء في هذه النزل .

Really enjoyed the stay here. All amenities were available. Also the staff was friendly and supportive. Also was given the gift of a fruit basket from the hotel. Really appreciate the efforts. Also upgraded to a bigger apartment without charging.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Taif. It truly exceeded my expectations and was more than value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we booked. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and very well maintained. One thing that stood out was how quickly they responded to all our requests — everything we needed was provided immediately without any delay. We had booked three mattresses, but to our pleasant surprise, they upgraded us to three complete bed sets, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also kindly allowed us a 1-hour late check-out free of charge, which we really appreciated. I would also like to give a special mention to the booking manager, Majid, for his professionalism and helpfulness, and to Ashraf from housekeeping for ensuring everything was perfectly arranged and maintained throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality and service were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taif and would definitely stay here again.
