great location, the MRT is crossing the road and very convenient to go to the airport

1) the room is stuffy and not very airy, so try to open the door to the balcony while there is not much privacy as the balcony is facing another building in a very closed distance; 2) the staff didn't send me the PIN code until the day of check in. i need to send message to chase them; 3) the room PIN code is the same as the lobby entrance code which i don't feel comfortable with; 4) one of the lightings broke on the 2nd day; 5) last not least, on the last day of check-out, I was out for throwing away of the garbage downstairs at 9am which didn't reach the check out time. However, after i returned, the room PIN code didn't work and i couldn't get into the room. I was in a rush to catch the flight. Luckily there was a cleaning lady nearby which helped me to get into the room as the online staff return the message very very slow and I might miss the flight.

Leiligheten hadde en rar lukt som ikke var mulig å lufte ut. Det var også litt mangler i kjøkken innhold, skulle gjerne hatt bakepapir, saks osv.

top floor apartment; location decent but not really next to public transport stops; had what I needed for 2 nights

no idea how the thermostat works; it was 28 degrees inside with 15 degrees cloudy outside; way too hot; had to leave windows open for hours which meant all outside noise came in, and it quickly got hot again; the light switches are fidgety; having to use an online app or to memorize a pin code is an acquired taste I suppose; there was something about the place that didn't feel inviting
