There is hospitality in exchange of money we pay, and there is hospitality because of their nature. Sea shell was an excellent stay with amazing hospitality. Everything was perfect.

I loved the hotel. It was clean and beautiful. Room was really big. The Pool was amazazing! The staff were friendly. 2min away was the beach.

La ubicación y la zona de la piscina y sobretodo el personal.

El desayuno era un poco escaso y poco variado , en dos ocasiones no tenían lo que habíamos pedido y tuvimos un problema con el desagüe de la ducha.

La atención y el servicio fue excelente. Nos cuidaron y atendieron muy bien. De hecho, alargamos nuestra estancia unos días más. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, hay restaurantes y playas en los que se puede tomar algo muy cerca. Además ofrecen servicio de masajes, pudiendo hacerlos incluso en la habitación. También te pueden organizar actividades como snorkel, que nos encantó y recomendamos (tanto tour público como tour privado). Realmente nos encantó y nos dio pena irnos.

Por decir algo igual mejoraríamos un poco la calidad de la comida, aunque hay muchas opciones y cerca hay muchos sitios en los que comer muy bien.

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—just a 100m walk to Sunset Beach. We chose this side of the island because it’s quieter and more relaxed, but still only a 10-minute bike ride to the busier areas. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt practically brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with both hot and cold options. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and always did an excellent job. Breakfast was included and consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from on the menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed and quick to organise activities for us. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here!
