House was not cleaned it was smelling and very old and dirty furniture.

"Close to the beach, clean and tidy."

The location was a good and spacious house. Clean and tidy. Close to Paamoa Plazza and the beach. We found you can book a room only as well as a full house. If you book a room only, then you pay less than a backpacker. Also available to book full house if do not want to share the accommodation with other guests. Free wifi, big clean kitchen, and big deck. Free washing machine use is a bonus.

It's self check-in accommodation, and we got confused initially until we checked the message at our bookings.

"Would stay here again, affordable and convenient."

Simple but all we needed. Pak N Save supermarket is right opposite the house. Papamoa Plazza and the beach a few minutes walk.

Self check-in is new for us, but okay.

"We end up check out early due to the condition of the stay is too bad"

Is very nice location, opposite is park n save and a lot of restaurant.

The property is not clean and not well maintained. There are some spiders, bathroom and kitchen sinks sewer were stuck.
