The unit is dirty, dusty and smelly. The throw pillows and sofa are dirty with some hair left on them. The carpet is dirty and smelly. The beddings were itchy.

It was light and airy. A good shower and kitchen equipment was good

The bed was a bit uncomfortable after a few days.

Location is perfect, about five minutes' walk to the centre of town (but quite a hill!)

It was a 6 minute walk to town centre

Hairs on the bed, pillows and blanket. The pillows smelt like body odour. Hosts blamed the cleaning company. Dirty bowls, glasses and cups, the hosts then blamed the previous guests for not cleaning them, even though all guests pay a mandatory $126 cleaning fee. The windows were filty, the dryer filter was blocked up and it didn't dry the clothes, the air ventilation in bathroom looked as it hadn't been cleaned in years. Told the hosts about this, when they offered to give us back the $126 cleaning charge once we provide photos, I asked where should I send the photos, phone number or email address, they just ignored us, along with other attempts to contact them. Oh and the shower drain was full of disgusting hairs, big clumps. Yuck. For $445 a night on a 9 night stay, you'd expect alot more. If it was cleaned properly it's probably worth $200 a night. If the host just took responsibility instead of putting it back on previous guests it wouldnt have been so bad but is just ridiculous and the height of laziness.

Good location, 10 minute walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Very comfortable space to stay in.

Lock box difficult to open.
