Struttura meravigliosa in un contesto superlativo. Lo staff oltremodo gentile, ospitale e inclusivo. La sig.ra Raffaella è stata molto affabile, ci ha guidato in modo professionale e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. camera bella e pulita, così anche il bagno; luogo meravigliosamente silenzioso e tranquillo (è ciò che cercavamo!) e, questo, ci ha fatto dimenticare le fatiche giornaliere. Colazione che, personalmente, ho trovato appropriata (senza strafare!); mi ha soddisfatto per quantità, qualità e appropriatezza stagionale (visto che si passava tanto tempo in piscina).

E' dura trovare qualche criticità. Un solo consiglio: un'attenzione in più per gli ospiti con qualche intolleranza alimentare.

Only the room needs to be refurbished and the air condition is super loud

This was definitely a highlight of our vacation. An absolutely amazing place, with very friendly and helpful hosts, Raffaella and the property manager Darwin. We only saw Darwin when he brought us some refreshments; otherwise, he was like a ghost, even though he stayed at the castle the entire time. 😄 We’d just notice cushions appearing and disappearing, the pool always clean, etc. Both Raffaella and Darwin promptly assisted us with every request we had. Thank you! The property is wonderful and feels truly authentic, the decorations aren’t just for show and include some historical artifacts. The pool was clean and very pleasant, and the view was incredible. For part of our stay, we had the property to ourselves, which was a truly amazing experience. We didn’t miss a thing - cold water was always available in the fridge, there were board games, and even a ping-pong table. Calm, peaceful, and VERY PRIVATE. Exploring the entire property was a magical, game-like experience.

There are only two very minor things I would recommend improving: the ping-pong paddles could use replacing, and it would be great if the piano were tuned for hobby players like me. 😄 Also, don’t forget to bring some mosquito repellent! There are mosquitoes in the evening, and it would be a shame not to enjoy the nicely lit garden after sunset because of them.
