+ seeview and balcony + heat capacity of the building is pretty good, it stays cool even when its hot outside + AC works well, has many settings and is quiet + beach is just 1 street away, you can go there for a quick session + shop is a few minutes away + main road is further away + parking + welcoming host + kitchen utility

- walls are like paper, you hear the neighbours even if they are just speaking. The room is not appropriate if you just want to chill in the hotel the whole day. - sometimes cigarette smoke came through the ventillation in the bathroom - the bed is uncomforatble

To everyone who reads reviews before choosing a hotel this is for you - book and don't hesitate. I am writing a review about room 3A on the third floor 4 local.I am with my wife and child 5 years 1- the view from the balcony is amazing, the room and the hotel is very clean 2- two separate double beds in different rooms 3-spacious room 4- this is the only room in the last 4 years of travel where the room was ALL. That we didn't have to buy anything. 5- the sea 2 minutes, a lot of beaches for children and for those who want to jump off the pier. If you go a little further you will be apart from everyone else to enjoy the sea. 5-Sea must take a mask for snorkelling. The sea is clean. 6-tiho calm and clean on the streets One small disadvantage is few shops and restaurants. But plus they are all near the hotel

Struttura FAVOLOSA, parcheggio incluso, stanza bellissima con una vista da lasciare senza fiato sul mare e sul porto. Cucina ben attrezzata e balcone enorme. Consiglio assolutamente questa stanza se volete stare al centro dei centri di maggiore interesse come Spalato, Trogir e Capocesto. Ambiente silenzioso e rilassante, ideale per la vacanza perfetta!

Il fornello ad induzione ci metteva un pó a riscaldare l’acqua per cuocere la pasta
