Μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι από το κατάλυμα και το φαγητό ήταν πλούσιο κι εξαιρετικής ποιότητας, με γεύσεις που πραγματικά ξεχώριζαν. Η ατμόσφαιρα οικογενειακή, ζεστή και φιλόξενη, με ανθρώπους που σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν στο σπίτι σου. Η εξυπηρέτηση άριστη, πάντα με χαμόγελο και διάθεση να σε βοηθήσουν. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, με άνετο κρεβάτι που εξασφάλιζε ξεκούραστο ύπνο, ενώ η ησυχία του χώρου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο χαλαρωτική. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

It was perfect!

Ano Doliana is a beautiful traditional village in the mountains, surrounded by a forest of chestnut, fir and other trees. It was very green, even at the end of June. The location of Tholos is in the middle of the village, with a traditional taverna on the ground floor with a terrace across the street with views across the valley. The hosts are very kind and friendly and made us welcome, and the food in the restaurant is excellent and well priced. A good breakfast is also available from 8 am for € 10 per person. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had surfaces on which to put your toiletries. There is no refrigerator in the room, but if you have something that needs to stay cold, I'm sure you could ask the hosts to keep it in the restaurant's refrigerator. There is a small garden-terrace outside the room with many nice plants. What we particularly liked about the village is that it has retained its traditional charm and authenticity, i.e. many people still live here, and it is certainly not too developed for tourism, although there are places to stay and eat. If you want a tranquil time surrounded by nature, this is an excellent choice.

There was nothing we did not like!

Great location with lovely views. Comfortable room. Excellent walking. Friendliness of our hosts made our lack of the Greek language unimportant. Fabulous typical Greek cooking by our host. Very friendly cats.

A kettle might be helpful

It was amazing! The terrace with a breathtaking view over the mountains, the welcoming atmosphere, the tasty food (we are vegetarians/vegans!), the fantastic coffee in the morning, the sweet owners - we had a lovely time. Thank you so so much!
