A localização é boa e o flat tem um bom tamanho

Ar condicionado não funciona direito, geladeira quebrada e tampa do vaso sanitário também, colchão da cama é horrível.

Ambiente simples, porém confortável. Ar condicionado super gelado no quarto e chuveiro ótimo. O banheiro ainda tinha secador. Custo benefício excepcional!

Não a nada a declarar. O local já sabíamos ser um pouco distante do centro de Arraial, porém no centrinho do bairro tem alguns lugares pra comer, vários mercados e farmácias e uma lagoa maravilhosa a 3 quadras. Pelo preço sem dúvidas vale, caso você vá de carro.
