Panoramic apartments

This is a very modernly designed cute little Studio. It feels brand new and spacious. The bathroom is small however the shower is not tiny. They provide enough towels and toilet papers. The kitchenett is practical and it has all that's needed. Even sponge and washing up liquid, extra binliners, 4coffee capsules, tea, sugar an mini chocolates, and a few apples. Salt pepper and pots pans and glasses mugs, everything really. The fridge is big enough. There is always hot water available. There is a mini dining-room corner with a square table big enough for 2 people to eat comfortably. The bed is extra large and comfy. It has nightable on both sides and mini night lamps. There is super soft carpet around the bed. There are lots of windows and they have mosquito-net on them. And the crown on all of this place is the balcony..!! I mean the view is spectacular(picture included), all you see is a small bycicle road, a grass field and the Balaton lake in its full magesty!!! When we wre there for 2 nights the bottom Apartent was not booked, we were all alone in the building, and the tranquility just sitting on the balcony and watching the Sun set slowly was truly unforgettable... I travel all around the World and the first night was a light purple/blue/pink/ Sunset i will always remember. The whole Studio and balcony was spotlessly clean. In the night the blinders can be putdown with a remote controll if you need darkness. There is a good AC. We left the blinders up and put the mosquitonet on the door and left it open to feel the fresh air coming in. The view after dark is still amazing with the twinkleing lights from the Town across the Lake. We fell asleep to that. We didnt use it but there is a big screen TV with chanels(including children chanel). The owners left an incredably insightful 3 page introduction to the area with suggestions to Shops Restaurants and beaches. Very very nice touch. The wifi is strong.

There is nothing wrong with this Studio, we loved our stay so much and we believe you will not regret it either! So these are just some helpful insights; Please be aware that this building has a house beside it that is under construction,(2023 June) sometimes you can hear the power tools they use, like a table saw. And ofcourse this is not a Hotel, its a residental area and you can hear what the neighbours are up to(cutting grass etc.) We did not mind that at all. The steps up to the Studio is tiny. The only one thing not there is a proper wardrobe, however there is a clothes rack with wheels intead that serves the purpose, and the TV stand has 3 huge drawers for storage. One thing that we didnt like has nothing to do with the accomodation however i must mention that at the checkout time we was a tiny bit late and the Cleaning lady was unpatient with us leaving, and that did not feel good. It even made me leave my charger.

Very nice hosts, communication was very good. The view was amazing (especially the sunset). Parking was guaranteed and safe.

Nice appartment. Nice view on Lake Balaton and sun set. Nice place to seat outside. Nice furnished and decorated apartment. Very comfortable. 1 bathroom and 2 wc. Bikes free to use on site (for 2 adults and 2 children). Nice small garden in front and lovely garden in the back of the house. Private parking. Good location. Very quiet.

Good location with lovely view but not easy access to the lake. Bigger grocery shop distant. Need for a car. But at least some resto close.
