The staff were very friendly and very responsive to my requests.

There was no provision of glasses for water in the room. If i may suggest, kindly provide a water heater and mugs or cups or glasses in the room.

The beds were comfortable and clean. TV was also working properly. We also appreciated having a hot shower. The staff were friendly and even the guard greets and helps you with a smile.

There are quite a few things that we didn't like. First, we checked in 15min early for check in time and suddenly the receptionist called me and said, they would have to charge me for the 15min which I find quite crazy. When I said no, they immediately said it's okay and apologized after that. It would be great if they had room slippers, the room has this distinct smell (I guess it's because of the heat outside? not quite sure) and aircon takes a while to cool.
