Pot A Doodle Do

We have stayed here several times. It is a great opportunity to merge a camping experience with additional comfort and facilities. It was a little cold when we arrived but the heater soon brought the room up to temperature. Will definitely use this place again. We really like it.

Reasonably comfortable, warm and spacious for 1 or 2 people.

Site absolutely pitch black on an evening, needs some kind of lighting for winter. External light on cabin not working.

Pods are immaculate . Cosy . Great facilities onsite. Very well kept . Friendly staff owners . Great location , near town and beaches .super value .

Very few buses on a sunday. Long walk into town. No dishbrush or dishtowel in the communal kitchen. Very long walk to get to the beach. Only wifi was in the restaurant, which was open only in the mornings.

I left before the booking office opened to hand my key in so left if in my door I wasn’t sure if they had a post box for this occasion

We were there just after the summer holidays had finished and it was very quiet and private, which worked well for us. The pod was a little larger than others we've stayed in and had plenty of room for our things. It was quite windy outside but the pod remained cosy and warm. There is a reasonably sized communal kitchen area for cooking, eating and washing up should you wish to use it, and the toilets and showers were clean. We didn't see a member of staff at all but check in was easy following the instructions given. A few mins drive from a beautiful beach.

Not criticism but things to be reminded of- there is some lighting but areas can be dark walking to the toilet block at night, and the cafe isn't always open so check times when booking if this is important to you.
