La posizione dell’hotel vicino a Park street e alla casa di Madre Teresa e lo staff gentile sono le uniche cose positive di questo hotel!

“Apparentemente” una buona struttura, ma una volta arrivati in camera sono sbucati fuori scarafaggi e … un topo! Lo staff ci ha cambiato stanza, come da noi richiesto, dandoci però quella che probabilmente era una stanza di cortesia, senza finestra e davvero molto umida.

Water spilling in the room. Dirty bed covers, sheets. Dirty washroom.

Sadly, I can't think of anything nice. Some of the staff was OK.

The location is in an extremely busy street. The windows have bad soundproofing, so the whole day, it is an attack of vehicles honking, people screaming, and pollution. The hotel room was totally dirty, stained linen, towels were torn and dirty. I got them changed, but the new ones were the same. We were constantly scared of catching infections or being run over by cockroaches. The bed had become an island. The sofa was dirty, and the bathroom was unclean. The water pressure was very bad.There was only 1 electric kettle in the hotel which was circulated among guests. I originally booked for 3 nights but checked out in 2 days itself without even bothering to ask for a refund... The dining room was without AC, so we never sat there for breakfast, though we would have liked to. I seriously doubt Booking.com ratings for this FabExpress Nest property...For.me and my wife, this was a nightmare. I had to pay extra to book another much expensive hotel on Park Street for 1 night. I request Booking.com to not to recommend this hotel and atleast give honest reviews so not to mislead people.

The staff were friendly and the stay went smooth.
