Luogo elegante e raffinato con ampia zona piscina e terrazze a disposizione. Bella la proposta di degustazione e visita cantina, ristorante con proposte interessanti.

Il ristorante era aperto solo la sera. Sarebbe stato ottimale poter stare in loco per la giornata tra appartamento, ristorante e piscina, invece di dover uscire a trovare il pranzo!

Basically everything was okay, the view was beautiful, our host was very kind, we got some morning welcome package with a very good wine.

The dirtroad towards the accomodation is horrible, it would be worth to just clean it, or sometimes go through on it to at least make the stones out of the way, or make the surface even.

This site is a hidden peaceful pearl in the maremma countryside. The surroundings are beautiful and the way it is distributed is great, finding lots of relaxing spots around the property. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable with a nice bienvenue basket filled with local products awaiting our arrival. The management is attentive and smiley, we had a small issue with a bed and it was solved the same day. We had the chance to participate to a wine tasting of their own produced wines,. What I found incredible was that all activities were for free. We tried the restaurant and the food was amazing.

A beautiful setting for a relaxing break. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All mod cons! Federika and Chiara were the perfect hosts always on hand and very helpful. I would love to have stayed longer. The restaurant was amazing, Food cooked to perfection and their wines were very good. Also reasonably priced and not to forget the excellent, friendly service. The views are wonderful and the pool area is well kept.

I feel that because of its location it could do with having a few catering facilities ie cold drinks , snacks and perhaps a bar, as shops are quite a few kilometres away.

An ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, go there! This is where your soul, body and eyes will rest as the view is stunning.

At the beginning, it seemed to me that access was difficult, but over time I appreciated the fact that there is practically no road traffic.

The Host was very kind and helpful. The overall estate is very beautiful.

Getting there was really hard. There is a dirt road (3km) which was in a bad condition. Take a rental or a SUV. No fancy stuff!

Tenuta Pakravan is a very beautiful location for a family holiday. The apartment has everything you need for self cooking. The pool is a great value pf the property benefiting of most outstanding view of the city. Outstanding views, incredibile pool, great outdoor relaxing areas, great facilities and amenities.

The road to the property is bad. If you plan to go in daily trips is not the most pleaseant trip you can make on a daily basis. :) It must be said in the booking conditions that is a self cleaning property,meaning you have to take out the garbage and to clean the room. You have vacuum and everything you need for this, but being specified in booking conditions would be of benefit, maybe some tourist are not very keen to clean the dust and vacuum the floors in holiday :)). Also, the apartment was not the cleanest property in which I have stayed which took me in position to make an additional clean before using the apart (wash all the dishes since they had rests of old food on spoons and plates, clean the dust from the corners of the room, etc). The standing dust under the furniture make me suppose that the cleaning of the rooms after each guest is only supperficial and consist in changing the sheets and towels and some miror cleaning in the bathroom. In rest, the owners I supppose they relay on the leaving guests to do their cleaning, which can be a minus for comming guests since not everyone had the same chain of measures for what cleaning means. If they will solve this aspects, the property will be a stelar one. Otherwise, the property is worh visiting for relaxing in a very beautiful surroundings and garden, with an outstanding view.
