ITLa colazione era variegata, considerando anche i prodotti della natura, olio, pomodorini, fichi. Siamo stati abbastanza contenti. Il B&B si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile.

ITgentilezza Host e famiglia, posizione, colazione, stanza, piscina e vista mozzafiato. In generale c'è un bel clima. le stanze sono piuttosto grandi. Il numero ridotto degli ospiti rende l'esperienza molto piacevole.
Tutto è migliorabile ma non ho particolari spetti da segnalare.

DEWer Ruhe sucht und ein Auge für Schönheit hat, ist hier genau richtig. Mitten im Olivenhain liegt das B&B Zia Ni. Lynsey und Ihre Familie inklusive Hund Henry machen alles mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft. Das B&B ist eine kleine Anlage mit vier Zimmern (benannt nach Olive, Granatapfel, Johannesbrot und Feige) Dies alles ist auch auf der Anlage zu finden. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück wir auf der schönen, großen Terrasse mit Blick über den Olivenhain serviert. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer alleine für uns. Fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.
ITITDEWe had a wonderful week in Zia Ni and were very kindly and lovingly looked after by Lynsey and her son during this time. The friendly pets (2 cats and a dog) were also a welcome addition. The house is situated on a hillside, so you can enjoy a fantastic view when you enjoy the rich Italian breakfast (with fresh fruit, cheese, ham, etc.) and very good coffee on the terrace in the morning. The air-conditioned room as well as the bathroom were clean and large, and we had a very comfortable bed. The beautiful residence, the quiet pool area and the relative proximity to the old town of Peschici or the Forest Umbra also made for a pleasant experience. Lynsey, thank you very much for that. We would love to come back again. Note: If you are traveling from the south to Peschici (e.g. Bari) by car, you should choose the longer distance route via San Severo and later Cagnano Varano, as it is shorter in time.
ATLynsey is the perfect host. Very peaceful place with a great view from the pool. Henry the house-dog is super nice and the two house-cats Loki and Scary (how we call him: sGary) made the stay really sweet. 10/10 recommendation for a relaxing stay
