"Clean, well epuiped, good communication"

The apartment was nice and well epuipped. There are several little grocerie stores nearby and also the next tram station is not to far. The apartment was clean and the communication with the host was wonderful. There is a bigger parking area close to the apartment, but it was quite full most of the time.

"Nice stay with 2 small kids"

The apartment is cozy, easy to reach to, close to supermarket and local market. Kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of towels and other things that you may need. The area is quiet and you can sleep very well after a day of exploring. There are few buss stations close to the apartment (2-5 minutes) and Belem train station is 20 minutes of slow walking with the kids. We stayed 9 nights with 2 kids (4 and 7) and we had everything close by. The apartment is in an area where you can be at the beach (Cascais) or Sintra in 1,5 hours (including slow walking to train), 1 hour to Ocenario (buss in a busy day), 30 minutes buss to HippoTrip Dock, 45 minutes to City Center.

Apartments was good value for money. It has dishwasher and washing machine that work well, just that we had to buy the washing gel for both. Just to keep in mind if you need to use the machines. We also found there coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and condiments, so it was no issue for us to buy what was missing.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was great, spacious, equipped with everything you would need, but above all, it was extremely clean. Maria was great as a host, very responsive, she checked on us a couple of times to ensure we have everything we need. Clearly the perfect stay in Lisbon.

"Very pleasant stay."

Lovely apartment very close to Belem area. Quite area with small supermarket and small local fresh food market close by. Property is very well equipped inside. Beds are very comfy too. The host is extremely friendly and supportive. Thank you Maria.

The only downside is that there is only one toilet which is located in the bedroom.
