Il Capriccio della Valle d'Itria - Trullo con piscina privata

The property was incredible. We accidentally booked a week prior to season for the pool without realizing it. The host was so kind to go ahead and open the pool for us. The view from the yard is even better in person. The yard space felt so private. We used the open grill and pizza oven every night and it made for such a memorable experience. The house itself was so well done. I also appreciated that there were some items were there and available for use like laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags etc. The hosts were so great, too. We will absolutely return to this property!

The design and feel of the place has a storybook quality to it, unlike anywhere we’ve stayed. Pretty much every room is special in its own way, and the grounds are as well. The hosts are kind and helpful; we were fortunate to have one in our party who speaks some Italian. And when we had an issue with the heat, the owner came right out to fix it.

No fault of the hosts but roads leading to the property can be challenging—narrow, and some drivers flying around turns.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Puglia. The property itself is stunning – spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel at home from the very first moment. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the owners. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always ready to help with anything we needed while also giving us the privacy to fully enjoy our stay.

We came here as two families. The villa was perfect for us. It was fully equipped and spotless. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It has been recently renovated and is beautiful and in keeping with the trulli style. If we are in the area again, I will come back. I definitely recommend it if you want a villa that is peaceful and in a beautiful location. There is a mini market close by and a few restaurants.

Un alojamiento de lujo en todos los sentidos, los dueños fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento. El terreno es gigante y hermoso con huerta y árboles frutales para disfrutar de la vista y el paseo por el jardín. La casa en sí es una maravilla, los trullos mantenidos perfectamente hacen de cada espacio un lugar perfecto, tiene 4 habitaciones 3 baños y 2 cocinas, que lo hace perfecto para compartir en grupos. Además de todo tiene piscina y galería para disfrutar La ubicación nos permitió recorrer toda la puglia con comodidad. 100% recomendado a todos los que quieran disfrutar de la Puglia. Vuelvo a recalcar la atención de los dueños que nos explicaron todo y nos recibieron con mucho cariño

Beautiful setting and the trulli have been beautifully restored. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for some hot summer days. Francesco and Maria Stella were wonderful, attentive and responsive hosts. We loved staying there as an extended family! Although there is no airconditioning available at the moment , the fans were very effective at cooling the rooms down even during some very hot days.

Puglia and in particular Ostuni is a magical part of Italy to visit. Our home was beautiful, a stunning example of Trulli architecture. For anyone visiting between May and October, when southern Italy can become very hot, staying in a Trulli provides a cool haven from the heat, providing a very comfortable place to sleep, without the stifling environ of air-conditioning. The location of our home was ideal, nestled among hiking and biking paths, including a nationally maintained continuous bike trail that connects you with nearby cities. The plot of land where the home resides is abundant with rosemary and other herbs, which we put to work, cooking on the home's traditional grill and its well appointed kitchen. But most memorable of all was the warmth and easy friendship of our hosts who were kind and responsive and the very definition of hospitable.

We really had no complaints to speak of. The home was spectacular. Our hosts were wonderful. The location was ideal and we had lovely weather.
