The ease to get in and out of the building was a bit tricky I did figure it out

I liked the location in the nice part of the old town, the bed was comfortable.

The check-in was unnecessarily confusing and difficult, I had to get the instructions to find the key in Romanian (when so many travellers don't speak Romanian, why be so unhelpful?). Finally I found the key but I only opened the front door because another tenant showed me how, no instructions were given to me. The room smelled like a wet dog, the overhead shower fixture didn't work, and other people have previously complained about that. There wasn't a functioning coffee machine, just one kettle for 4 rooms, and someone kept taking it from the common area and keeping it in their room, annoying!
