M-a incantat ideea ca locația are vedere spre centru !

Nu mi-a plăcut că locația nu are parcare și a trebuit să o și plătim după ce ne-am plimbat mult sa gasim un loc... am luat Uber pt transport și bagaje plus că am fost direcționați la o altă adresa fata de cea inițială ,tot aproape de Biserica Neagră unde mai și mirosea totul a imbacsit...nu prosoape, nu hârtie ,nu draperii in geamuri,vesela murdara...a fost o experiență ...nu neapărat neplăcută pt. "o data în viață"!

Nu recomand ,horror ,pozele nu are nimic cu realitatea,curățenie 0 ,lenjerie neschimbata ,aveți grija când plătiți toți banii ca după sa aveti o mare dezamagire

the house has a microwave, washing machine and also a cooker. the apartment is in a great location and is very comfortable

unfortunately the only drawback was the bathroom, the shower tap was leaking, which meant the floor was often wet

"Horrible experience. I stood in front of the accommodation for 3h as they would not answer any calls"

I could not get inside of the property. I called for 3h nobody picked up, then they closed their phone. Eventually after 3h I booked a different accommodation and asked for a refund and they answered at last. I have already booked another place because I was tired of waiting outside and they would not refund me. Horrible experience. Booking said I was entitled for a refund but after calling customer service 3 times, I still have not received a refund as the property keeps denying the request.
