ちゃぶだい Guesthouse,Cafe&Bar

The staff were all very warm and accommodating with great personalities. The space was very comfortable. The other guests were fun to interact with. The breakfasts were delicious and the coffee was excellent also.

I can’t think of anything that I would consider unlikable from my visit.

The owners were really nice, I could have spend a week speaking with them. Also, the place has a lot of charm and is well located. The food is home made and really good. I'll come back for sure

The walls are really thin. It's easy to wake others at nigth because the walls are literally paper. It gives a really nice Japanese vibe but can cause trouble for a guesthouse. Earsplugs are really recommended

Goede service en schoon

De trap naar de 1e verdieping/slaapkamer was steil met hoge treden. Gelukkig automatisch hulp bij koffer naar boven tillen.

It’s a lovely house with lots of charme and the staff couldn’t be nicer. In the garden there’s a spectacles framemaker who, sometimes in the evening, plays his guitar. And the breakfasts are great!

Nothing, really. It is an old house, which means little noise insulation. It gets cold in winter, I guess, and warm in summer. And in the bunk beds you get snorers and so on, so you got to be mindful of that. But hey, it’s also £20 a night!
