Gosto de conhecer uma cidade a caminhar, então a localização ao lado do rio, com um ótimo passeio para caminhar é destaque, apesar de estar longe da área central da cidade. A moça da recepção é muito gentil, há bom café da manhã, o quarto de solteiro é de bom tamanho.

Very friendly and helpful personal. The room was very large and comfy. Everything was clean. The location is very good - near the central park directly at the Ishim River. Bus stops to get to your destinations are reachable within a few minutes walking. (Use avtobys app and qiwi wallet as soon as you get a kazak phone number - there is a machine just down the road to fill up the qiwi wallet with a few Tenge which you then can transfer to the avtobys app). The freshly made omelette for breakfast was really good.

No plugs near the bed (bring a power bank) and only instant coffee for breakfast (but of good quality). If you like tea you'll probably be happier.
