This hotel is in a great location for Astana. Right by the river, and with a bridge to the central park literally outside the front doors. It is in an 'older' part of the city, and there are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The main tourist attractions like the National Museum, Baiterak Tower, Khan Shatyr centre are not walkable, but taxis are easily available from Yandex and are affordable. I arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning and had great welcome from the manager. She was always friendly and helpful as were the breakfast room staff Breakfast itself was fine, served on a buffet basis I would happily stay here again and can recommend it as a budget option

I stayed in a very comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast, prepared in a homestyle manner, was absolutely delicious — my compliments to the chef! The receptionist was polite and welcoming. Everything was top-notch. The hotel is located by the Ishim River, and the windows offer beautiful views.

The staff was super super SUPER FRIENDLY.

The toilet had no bidet but that's not the end of the world 😅
