Este foarte dificil sa gasesti un loc de parcare. Probleme cu dusul. La fiecare dus se inunda baia si este un mare disconfort. Stai in apa ca nu exista nici prosop pentru picioare sa mai stergi apa cu el...

Everything perfect. A lovely apartment in an amazing location, just 1 street back from the old town. Lovely and warm and cozy, everything you need for a lovely stay.

Everything was great, possibly some water/tea/coffee would have been helpful as we arrived very late.

Pozitia aproape de Piata Sfatului, apartament renovat dotat cu tot ce trebuie, situat la parter.. Un magazin alimentar foarte aproape. Am gasit apartamentul curat. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost buna: simpla si la obiect.

Imobilul f vechi in care se afla apartamentul nu era renovat, crea o atmosfera de nesiguranta. Baia dupa ce faceai dus era plina de apa pe jos. Aerisirea baii slaba, nu era geam la baie iar ventilatorul nu facea fata f bine. Lipsa unui cuier sau corp de mobila la baie unde sa iti pui hainele, era doar un calorifer. Canapeaua extensibila din living era cam tare si m-a durut spatele.

Below is the list of factors ranked from the most to the least important: (+) Location - is fabulous. It is centrally located, but not in the noisy, crowded part of Piața Sfatului. It has a mini market right beside it and several restaurants 1min away (-)Comfort - detailed below, as it was among the things I didn’t like (-) Amenities - same as above (+) Cleanliness - it was very clean (+) Design & overall look - it looks very nice, tastefully decorated and furnished and using every space available (+) Owner’s attitude - she was very nice and very responsive when I mixed up the entrance code and when I couldn’t get the electric

(-) Comfort - unfortunately we had several complaints here: 1. sleep was highly uncomfortable on the couch which squeaks at every move and it feels like sleeping on a piece of wood. On top of that, it’s is definitely not for 2 persons. Fortunately I was alone for trip, but I surely wouldn’t have fit with my husband, even though we are both slim. I’d highly recommend changing the couch with a slighter wider one which would fit the space 2. There are no dark shades in the windows. I woke up scared several times per night because a very strong sensor light in the inside court would turn on whenever someone entered the yard and the window above the sink has no curtain or shade. In the bedroom where the kids slept there are curtains, but they’re not enough for that light. (-) Amenities - 1. Kitchen - I have never been in an apartment which doesn’t have some basic kitchen utensils and ingredients and everything that’s lacking would cost maximum 20 euros to buy, but would make a huge difference. 1.1. There was no oil, salt, vinegar or pepper. There was some leftover coffee, which looked like it was left by a previous guest, and some sugar. 1.2. There was no wooden or silicon spatula for the frying pan, which explains the deep scratches from previous guests using forks and knives, despite being a clearly new pan. 1.3. There is no drying rack for dishes which is highly needed. Also, talking about bigger investments, in this day and age a dishes washing machines is expected. 2. TV - both TVs are placed too high and it’s highly uncomfortable for the necks. We couldn’t turn on the one in the bedroom, no matter how long I tried. The living room one could be placed on the table. Also on the optional bigger investments, a smart TV would be very nice 3. Bathroom - there was no soap in the bottle, so we used the tiny shower gel recipient. A washing machine would be nice.
