"Underlig incheckning"

Frukosten var liten men helt okej.

Lät som motorvägen gick rakt genom sovrummet (precis utanför låg en trafikerad väg). Personalen sa att ”vi kunde förhandla om tiden för utcheckning” dagen efter, men efter vi betalat sa de att andra gäster väntade och då var de inte lika tillmötesgående och villiga att låta oss stanna en stund längre. Tips! Du checkar in genom att gå in i kiosken som ligger till vänster om ingången till hotellet (ej första kiosken utan den andra).

"Better price hotel in central Negombo."

The staff were friendly and attended to my requirements promptly and without hesitation.

The main entrance door was locked when i reach the hotel at night without any warning and I was unable to get in or receive a response from the call bell. I was briefly stuck outside but eventually managed to enter through the door opening, which was a relief. Partly my fault, as I did not carry my mobile phone for safety reasons.

Nice and comfortable stay.. Rooms were clean and hygienic.. Staff were very polite.. Loved the breakfast.. Will definitely recommended the hotel to my friends and family

Only 1 litre of water was given per day.. 2 litres per day would have been better

La chambre était presque correcte contrairement à la salle de bain dont la porte trop abîmée pour fermer. Personnelles agréable et réactif

I initially withdrew my original review after the management assured me that they were sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and committed to refunding the nights I was unable to stay. However, after five days of continued correspondence, it became apparent that this assurance was merely a delaying tactic intended to persuade me to remove my review and withdraw my complaint lodged with Booking.com. I have now been ignored so will be opening a new case with booking.com and submitting this review. Upon contacting Booking.com, I was informed that they had sent the property six separate emails, none of which received any response. Furthermore, although I was initially offered a full refund, this offer was later reduced by $50, which the property claimed was a “fine/commission” payable by me. This reasoning is, in my view, wholly unreasonable and without precedent. In addition, the accommodation provided was not as advertised. The facilities, condition, and overall standard fell significantly short of the description and images presented on the booking platform, which contributed to my decision to leave early. Everything smelt of mothballs, shower head hanging off the wall, toilet positioned that my knees where against the wall ( I am 5ft). The kettle in the room was burnt on the bottom inside and I had to ask them to change it. The fridge in the room was filthy and I had to clean it before storing anything inside it .I had to use my clothes to cover the pillows due to the smell. I paid for a room that came with breakfast, to be offered an omelette and toast everyday was not what I believed to be a satisfactory breakfast. If you want somewhere to rest your head for 1 night while transiting then maybe this would be ok, however please manage your expectations in regards to the description and pictures advertised on booking.com everything is incorrect. I truly hoped that I wouldn't' have to write this or re raise my case with booking.com.

Amazing value hotel! Amazing owner with support , to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.. 2 min to go the beach! Beutiful big rooms with double bed 🛌.

Now allow to eat in Hotel.
