All was ok
GRIt is located in the heart of medina and run by a welcoming family. We asked for the room in the terrace and they happily gave it to us. The breakfast was homemade and fresh. They even wake up earlier just to make breakfast for us because we were departing early.
The mattress was kinda tough and not very comfortable. We had a little hard time communicating because only the son spoke good enough English.

USGBThis brilliant riad was in a wonderful location (literally within the medina and minutes from the main square). The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay.
The only difficulty was finding the riad, it has no sign outside (we were helped by a friendly local but be aware you might want some more specific directions before you set off).
