Locația este excelentă, la 2 minute de piața sfatului. Am avut și centrală în cameră, n-am avut probleme cu căldura.

Igrasie pe pereți, mobila foarte veche și prost întreținută, perdele transparente și izolare fonica aproape inexistentă. Podeaua scârțâie foarte tare, iar ca aspect general arată destul de rău, vibe de casă de țară.
