INO Apartments

L'appartement est bien situé, 10 minutes de Kotor et de tivat la cuisine très petite , la chambre était correcte par contre gros point négatif de la salle de bain qui est très vieillotte, manque de confort particulièrement la douche qui est dans son jus.

Хозяин встретил нас, все хорошо. Мы были в декабре. Кондиционер на обогрев он поставил заранее. Но прогревает только кухню-гостиную. В двух других комнатах холодно, но был один электрический обогреватель. Все остальное супер, особенно вид с балкона.

Вывод: в декабре в одной из комнат будет холодно, если погода не солнечная и комната не прогреется за день. Имейте это в виду. Ну можно обогреватель переносить из комнаты в комнату. Считаю цену для декабря немного завышенной.

The location and views are great, and that's all I can say about the positive aspect.

We stayed for several nights in December. It was cold. On the first night, the temperature inside was around 12-15°C. We hoped the air conditioner would cope with this until the morning, but it didn’t. Additionally, the air conditioner was very noisy. In the morning, I messaged the host, but he didn’t respond. We didn’t return to the apartment until the evening, and he still hadn’t contacted us. So, we solved the problem ourselves (our friends gave us a heater). After we turned it on, the difference in temperature between the inside and outside caused the room to become very wet. The floors were wet, which made it very inconvenient to be there. In the morning, we opened the windows slightly and left the heater on, but on a low setting, in hopes of returning to a more comfortable place. We were away from the apartment for about 5 hours. When we returned, we discovered that the host had entered the apartment without notifying us. He told us that, since we are from Russia, we should be used to this temperature. He was rude to us, didn’t listen and insisted that we were wrong and he didn’t want to have any conversation with us. As a result, we left the apartment a day earlier, without any compensation.

Posizione buona, host gentile e disponibile.

Pulizia, purtroppo, scarsa, almeno per i miei gusti, troppa umidità all'interno della casa. Lascio un 6 perché la proprietaria era gentilissima e cordiale, altrimenti il voto sarebbe più basso. Tra l'altro abbiamo dovuto lasciare apartamento prima del previsto e ci è stato possibile farlo senza alcun problema o penale, per questo ringrazio i proprietari, ma consiglio di alzare di livello l'igiene perché è la cosa più importante.
