MASHTRA - The Olive House

Sehr schönes Gebäude in einem Olivenhain. Saubere Zimmer mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen. Man merkt, dass es eine mit Herz geführte, kleine Anlage ist. Die Inhaber sind oft anwesend und haben auch gute Ratschläge parat.

The good reviews for this hotel don't lie. The vibe is very easy going with lovely staff who clearly enjoy what they do. The owner and son are very welcoming and attentive, and they will make sure you get the most out of your stay in Ulcinj with their excellent recommendations. The hotel itself is gorgeous and situated in an olive grove with a lovely pool. Our room was spacious and clean with a walk in shower, air con and fresh towels provided every day. Additionally, the breakfast is literally incredible - make sure you come hungry. Also, don't worry about missing any world cup games, they have installed a TV in their beautiful restaurant especially for it! (The restaurant is also fantastic if you decide to eat in)

Generally everything was perfect! Staff, food, service, ambience. Hotel is located in lovely beautiful calm place which atmosphere is feeling like Italy. A true serenity vibe! We booked room under the roof with pool view and it was worth it 💯

Water in the pool was a bit cooler than we prefer. A few positions on menu weren't available (like an lobster or cider). We also would recommend to put fridge to the rooms plus add shelf inside of shower cabin for bathroom stuff. Shower caps, cotton sticks plus body lotion wouldn't be bad too.

Unglaublich schönes, kleines Hotel in Ulcinj, schöner Pool, jeden Tag nettes Frühstück an den Tisch gebracht, sehr sehr nettes und höfliches Personal.

We had high expectations of Mashtra - The Olive House and it did not disappoint! The hotel is in a beautiful location, with stunning pool and surroundings, and spacious and comfortable rooms. The food was absolutely superb as was the service, attentive and caring, and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The family took care to chat with us and check we were happy every day, offering local tips and food and wine recommendations. An excellent stay, we would be happy to return and to recommend.

Ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Restaurant und leckerem Essen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Umgebung ist schön. Viele Olivenbäume und ruhig. Die Hotelbesitzer waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parken war auch unproblematisch. Frühstück was ausreichend man hat eine kleine Auswahl von Salami Brot etwas Obst Joghurt Ei und Marmelade.

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Bei Ankunft wäre es gut gewesen, wenn das Personal einem mehr Informationen geben könnte. Man musste sich z.B. nach Frühstückszeiten oder WLAN Zugang selbst erkundigen. Das W-LAN war leider sehr schlecht. Am Pool gab es gar kein w-lan. Die Türen der Zimmer sind leider nicht gut isoliert, man hört alles aus dem Restaurant unten. Das Restaurant hat bis 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet und teilweise hat man noch die Aufräumarbeiten bis 2 Uhr nachts gehört. Morgens ging es schon sehr früh dann los mit den Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück.

Wij zijn hier heel gastvrij en open ontvangen. Wij hebben ons hier zeer welkom gevoeld. De eigenaar en zijn zoon kwamen vaak checken of alles naar wens was. Gastvrijheid is heel belangrijk en dat merk je hier echt. De kamers waren zeer ruim en heerlijke Rituals producten aanwezig. Wij hebben twee dagen in het hotel geluncht en gedineerd en hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het hotel is heerlijk rustig en in prachtige omgeving gelegen. Het fijne zwembad is een grote plus. Ik beveel deze accommodatie van harte aan!

Veel motten op de gang van het hotel. Hier kan eenvoudig iets aan gedaan worden ondanks dat de ramen de hele dag open staan. Verbeterpunt is een eventuele service aan het zwembad. Wij hebben nu eigen eet en drinkwaren daar genuttigd, omdat er geen bediening was en we niet met zwembad kleding door het restaurant wilde.
