There's great coffee, it's pretty close the the city center. The price is fair.

Since the last time I checked in: Some of the amenities did not work or were missing (iron and table). Some of the furniture broken or missing (front door curtain). Some of the dishes not perfectly cleaned (knife and some cups). Heating had inacceptable delay when I attempted to increase to 24 centigrade.
