Clean, comfortable and modern apartment. Very central

Not too clear about who to contact regarding problems. Staff in the downstairs restaurant didn’t speak a lot of English. When it came to reporting an issue they didn’t seem too interested in helping or reassuring us

Exceptional location, special and original architecture, the apartment was provided with everything needed (including a big refrigerator), was large and confortable. Easy check-in.

I would advise to avoid taking breakfast included. The restaurant staff a bit unskilled, not so polite and, in the weekend, opens at 10 a.m! (this could be a brunch, not at all a breakfast); and, as we were there with things to do, missed breakfast even if it was payed. Also, even if there was specified that we need an apartment for 3 persons, 2 adults and a 16 years old daughter, for her it was provided an extensible armchair absolutely impossible to sleep on! Fortunately, the sofa in the living room was confortable enough so finally it was ok.

Absolutely wonderful location, wonderful place, we will definitely need to arrange a longer stay next time we are in Bistrița
