the swimming pool was clean

Our experience at this villa was very disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the outdoor area was full of confetti, the grass was dead, and there were red ants everywhere. Inside, the cupboard containing the utensils was very dirty, which made it difficult to use anything in the kitchen. Although the villa has four bedrooms, there was only one blanket provided for the entire house. We also had serious issues with the water supply. We contacted the owner multiple times, and each time he told us that someone would come in 15 minutes. In reality, someone showed up over an hour later, and the problem still wasn’t solved. There was no lukewarm water — it was either extremely hot or freezing cold, which was a major issue as we had small children with us. On top of that, a whole day passed without any electricity in the villa. The bathroom on the ground floor had no electricity, and the switch was completely broken. On the day of checkout, when we tried to explain all the issues we encountered, the owner was very rude instead of being understanding or apologetic. Overall, this villa was poorly maintained and the service was unacceptable. We would not recommend staying here.

Great location and is near so many facilities. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Rooms were comfy and clean. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better with the cutlery but overall had a blast in the villa.

Hot water was an issue especially upstairs. Had to call the owner to fix this.

Not much. Horrific experience.

The property was not clean. Dirty toilet and bathroom, dinning room and kitchen. The toilets were leaking and poorly maintained. There was even a hairband in the toilet which i had to remove personally. I requested for a plumber and property confirmed that it will come but never saw even the shadow of the plumber.

Black cat always comes in the house other then that all ok
