The Selbourne Hotel

Perfect room for the family to visit friends in Scarborough. Comfortable beds, clean, and plenty of room to spread out.

Very clean newly renovated and owner very polite and helpful, can't wait to stay again.

Only thing was breakfast was not available, however the explained that the kitchen is under renovation and will serving breakfast soon.

Room was very large and Comfortable. Staff very helpful and informative.

The family room was huge. Beds were soft and we had two bathrooms

Nothing really. Could do with a bar/ place for food and drinks. Lick of paint outside.

New carpets and neutral colours, comfortable bed, fresh and fresh smelling bedding and towels , lovely bath room, shower and pressure right , extra toilet paper

The lack of adequate lighting in the room, mirror over dressing table too high for a 5’ person,- only one bed side table lamp, shower panel was not fitted properly - panel ledges and skirting would benefit from wiping/ dusting.

Room was spacious and comfortable Location wasn't that far from the beach

The room was Hugh plenty be enough for 4 people, with sofa to relax and watch TV. The hotel was in a good location to the town, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The shower may have been hard to access if unsteady on feet. The hotel didn't do breakfast, but there was a lovely cafe 2mins walk away which did a fantastic breakfast
