The owner was friendly and accommodating. The room was well decorated , clean and modern facilities

Well positioned for walking into Scarborough or down to the bay. Clean rooms, light, airy and well appointed with plenty of towels, pillows and range of furniture. Good amount of teabags which meant I could have a few brews before I had to go out again. Reasonably priced room as no breakfast included.

The front door to the hotel was quite heavy and hard to open when returning to the hotel at night time and due to my room position I heard all of those who had been out drinking in Scarborough come back at various hours of the early hours in the morning making noise as they stumbled to their room which meant I only got a few hours sleep. Nothing the hotel can do about that! The lovely chap I met on reception explained he was switching over wifi and gave temporary details but couldnt get any connection and when went down to query couldn't find anyone. Meant had to go into town earlier than planned to get wifi in order to check maps and contact friends I was seeing.

Greeted by friendly staff who were beyond helpful. Arrived slightly before our check in time which was not a problem and we were let into room early. This was so helpful as we had travelled a distance so getting our stuff in room was so much better than killing some time. Parking was much easier than expected and we could leave our car even after check in to explore the town till we left. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so welcome. It felt like we were coming home.

We enjoyed everything. We just would of liked to stay longer !

Location perfect for Scarborough front, spa and concert venues Only stayed one night but lovely room with parking Pleasant, friendly owners and comfortable bed! Great value for money

Location was great for the open air thearte about 30 min walk, the front was about 10 min walk and the centre 10 min walk. Owners where nice and friendly and sorted us with parking and was helpful with everything we needed. Was very clean and rooms where modern.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable, and sounded like springs had gone a bit when turning over.
