Siren going off all day and night.

The location was fantastic. Check in easy. The room was spacious

I felt very mislead by the listing. I was travelling on business with another lady. We selected this booking as it clearly stated in the listing there were 2 sleeping spaces in the unit we selected. 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Upon arrival we unpacked and noted no additional bedding for the sofa bed. I messaged and was told we were not allowed to use that bed unless we paid an ADDITIONAL 500mx for extra bedding! That bedding for the 2nd sleeping space was not included. This seemed ridiculous as the listing clearly stated a sofa bed as part of the listing. I argued on messages for some time and staff refused to allow us any additional bedding. They said the space was for 2 and we were to share one bed. I explained we were NOT a couple and booked this unit so we had our own sleeping areas. The host was unwilling to accommodate and ignored my messages after the initial replies asking for more money for a sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. To make it worse it was VERY cold at night and not having additional bedding even for the queen bed had us sleeping in our clothes. I have NEVER seen a booking refuse an extra blanket or sheet... The listing was very misleading and I was quite upset with the lack of honor the staff showed in reading their own listing and honoring the amenities we'd paid for. There was also no hot water in the shower We were sooooo cold 🥶 The condo would have been nice had we been able to get warm and comfortable Very disappointed....and exhausted after shivering all night listening to my travel companion snore beside me.

Tv didn’t work for 2 days. The water wasn’t working for one day Had to communicate in Spanish which I don’t speak
