Linistea, amabilitatea domnului de la receptie, curatenia din hotel, micul dejun, parcarea generoasa, raportul calitate/pret pentru perioada vacantei de Paste.

Ca nu au fost schimbate prosoapele desi le-am lasat pe jos, dar nu toate, ci cele care chiar necesitau sa fie schimbate. Ca nu se faceau paturile de pe o zi pe alta desi am stat 3 nopti. Doamnele de la bucatarie pareau uneori deranjate ca ne aflam acolo, nu au fost la fel de amabile si prietenoase ca domnul de la receptie. Inteleg ca nu este confortabil sa muncesti in ziua de Paste cand altii stau cu familia dar asta nu inseamna ca nu putem zambi clientilor hotelului.
