The place is wonderful with a beautiful garden in Japonese style. There is also a mini zoological garden with happy and friendly animals and of course there are many horses. My kid enjoy very well the place. The breakfast was included for every room even on Booking I took without breakfast. Nice surprise!

The towels can be more soft or can be changed with new ones time by time.

The horse riding staff was very kind and supportive. Also the lady in the reception.

Our first room wasnt clean and the shower water was changin itself from very hot to cold every some minutes. (The lady from the reception canged our room to a much nicer and cleaner one.) Upper floors are accesible by staiir only.

Wonderful location. The rooms are spacious at the equestrian center and you have a terrace. You have access to horses stables, a mini farm where you can pet the animals and a mini zoo. You can ride on horses, poneys for children, get a carriage ride or watch a show performed by professional riders with their horses. They also have a playground and a pool and lots of places to walk. The restaurant was great also. I would definitely recommend for families with cildren, but not only.

They are leveraging the fact that they have the only restaurant and the food has a bad quality and is expensive.

Excelent food, nice people in general

Manej appointment not honored, we stay 1h waiting for the stuff to come. Just a suggestion: make a small area for pets, all the people coming for some time off there will appreciate the pet woth them

The hotel is beautiful, and the kids loved the horseback ridings

Only one waiter was able to speak a fair English. It was very hard to communicate during dinner time, as he was working as the receptionist of the hotel. We traveled with my in-laws and our kids and wanted to be in closer rooms. However, we were placed in different buildings very distant. The hotel said it was full and couldn't change one of the rooms. My husband had to go from one building to the other to carry the heavy bags.. Furthermore, our trip was during the summer- June, and it was quite hot. Not only didn't the hotel have air-conditioning, but our heater in the bathroom was on. We were unable to turn it off, and my husband asked the waiter for assistance, as he was the receptionist as well. He couldn't understand it at all and was thinking that we wanted to have an air-conditioner. I brought him up to the room to see, and that was when he understood the problem and said it was broken. We ended up opening all the windows and closed the bathroom door to try to make the room colder. It was bearable at night.. the hotel managed to fix it the next day. My in-laws tv wasn't working, and the hotel also fixed the next day. The bathtub had no curtains or doors. All the water would come out... To sum up, we were really expecting for a hotel in a tourist town to be more prepared. We won't be returning or referring it to anyone.
