Nothing really

We asked for nearby rooms, we were 3 rooms on 3 floors even though it was empty. It was cold. Entrence doors did not work.

Easy to find, free parking, helpful "receptionist".

First thing - some parts of payment only in cash, no receipt. Then I was given room without a window. On request was given another room. It smelled TERRIBLY. With some cheap toilet cleaning/perfume product. Walls in the room were dirty, same with hard surfaced furnitures ( hairs, crumbs). Best part was air-condition - cord hanging about 50 cm above the socket. Shower tray was leaking leaving half of batroom flooded. Room was absolutely not soundproof trains passing, cars, ppl in another room - could hear it all. No electric socket in bathroom, fan very loud

The place was great for the three of us, during the Plai Festival - and relatively close to the festival. It is quiet, clean, has a bus station near so you can go to the city center and the lady running the place is really nice and helpful. And we could buy breakfast too <3 :)
