clean, simple but nice, accommodate for my family, near shopping area, just walked to the nearest shopping mall and many eateries.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment during our family trip. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for a large family of 8–10 people. The rooms and common areas were spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably. The cleanliness was excellent, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Basic facilities were complete and functioning well, making the stay convenient and enjoyable. It was also a great value for money considering the size of the apartment, the comfort provided, and the facilities available. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended for big families or group trips looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. The host is friendly and easy to contact. .

Location is fantastic. It is a shame that the maintenance of the apartment has been let go by the wayside. A lick of paint, doors or shower curtains on the showers, some thought into providing essentials like extra toilet paper and separate hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner would have made all the difference.

The location is marvelous but the property is very old and this particular apartment has not been renovated or updated since it was built. Half our party had checked in but waited until my arrival to sort out the issues. We checked out as soon as I arrived. The host was gracious enough not to charge us at all. He did not have any other apartments vacant at the time, so we moved elsewhere.
